Embracing October: A Time for Celebration and Awareness

As we approach the end of October, millions of children and families are preparing to celebrate Halloween. Reflecting on my childhood, I recall that my family didn’t partake in Halloween festivities due to our differing religious beliefs. However, my perspective has evolved. I now believe that October can be a wonderful time to embrace joy, regardless of our individual beliefs.

October also holds significant importance as both Depression Awareness Month and Breast Cancer Awareness Month. These are profound topics that warrant our attention. Instead of shying away from these heavy subjects, we can use this time to explore exciting ways to support those affected by these challenges and educate others on prevention.

This brings me to my new book, #TheMythoftheFearlessLeader: Exposing A Path Beyond Fight, Flight, or Freeze. This non-fiction narrative is not just a personal journey but also a resource for leaders grappling with their fears—be it depression or the impact of cancer. It serves as a reminder that many leaders carry these burdens silently.

As we navigate this month of reflection and awareness, I invite you to explore ways to motivate and inspire those around you. Through coaching, consulting, and keynote speaking, I aim to empower leaders to transform their lives and the lives of others.

Let’s connect and explore how my services can help you or someone you know. Together, we can turn challenges into opportunities for growth and support. Check out my offerings and consider gifting my book to someone who could use a dose of inspiration. Let's make a positive impact this October! -

Don't Fight, Flight or Freeze, instead Engage, Explore and Execute - there is growth and excellence only to be gained!
